1. All sales are final. Due to the nature of our product, all sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
2. Incorrect Items. If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost. You may be required to return the incorrect item, in which case we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
3. Exchanges. We do not offer exchanges. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will replace it as per original order.
4. Damage or defective items. We take great care to ensure that our products are shipped in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the item under the following conditions:
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
- You must provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
